Hall Rentals

All Major Events Must be booked 3 weeks minimum in advance to allow for proper set-up.

We Accept Cash, Credit and Debit – Please note there is a 3% service fee for Interact, and Credit card services.

Events (Alcohol)

  • Social Rental: $1,650.00 plus GST – (8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)
  • Weddings (Serving alcohol): $1,950.00 plus GST- (5pm-1am)
  • Weddings (No Alcohol): $1,500.00 (5pm-Midnight)

Gym/Common Area Capacity – 225

Rental includes:
• 2 bartenders and 2 security personnel on site
• Set up and take down of tables and Chairs.

$500.00 deposit is required when booking and the deposit will be returned by mail within 10 to 15 business days after the event providing there is no damage or clean-up required.

Events – Birthday Parties, Showers, Meetings etc.
(No Alcohol) – Max 4 hours.
Unfortunately we do not allow Confetti, glitter, sparkles or other micro-plastic material within the building.

  • Gym- Sport Rentals:
    Youth: $35.00 per hour plus GST
    Adults:$55.00 per hour plus GST
  • Boardroom: $35.00 per hour plus GST (max 65 Persons)
  • Sunroom: $35.00 per hour plus GST (max 48 Persons)
  • Children’s Birthday Party(includes Floor Hockey/Soccer)- $120 Plus GST(2 hours)

For all other rentals, or additional time, Please contact the office at 204-668-1110.

*All Third Party entertainment MUST be approved by Manager at time of booking and meet all Insurance requirements by The City of Winnipeg. (ANY BOUNCEY CASTLES or third party entertainment such as, Face painters, Glitter/Henna Tattoo, Etc.)*

The deposit will be returned by mail within 10 to 15 business days after the event providing there is no damage or additional clean-up required.

Additional Information: – Any special set-up requests should be discussed when the rental is booked.

1) All rentals must be paid in full at time of booking.  Method of payment accepted is cash, Credit or Cheque only.

2) All set-ups and take-downs of tables/chairs are completed by Chalmers staff.
