Hall Rentals

All Major Events Must be booked 3 weeks minimum in advance to allow for proper set-up.

We Accept Cash, Credit and Debit – Please note there is a 3% service fee for Interact, and Credit card services.

Events (Alcohol)

  • Social Rental: $1,200.00 plus GST – (8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)
  • Banquet Rental: $1,500.00 plus GST – (6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.) Dry or With Alcohol**
  • New Year’s Rental: $1,800.00 plus GST – (8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)

Gym/Common Area Capacity – 225

Rental includes:
• 2 bartenders and 2 security personnel on site
• table and chairs will be set up

$300.00 deposit is required when booking and the deposit will be returned by mail within 10 to 15 business days after the event providing there is no damage or clean-up required.

******At the end of the event the renter must stack the chairs in groups of 5, remove all decorations and garbage from the building******


Events – Birthday Parties, Showers, Meetings etc.
(No Alcohol) – Max 4 hours.
Unfortunately we do not allow Confetti, glitter, sparkles or other micro-plastic material within the building.

  • Gym: $55.00 per hour plus GST – capacity 225
  • Multi-Purpose Room: $45.00 per hour plus GST – capacity 110
  • Boardroom: $25.00 per hour plus GST


*An additional $100 deposit is required when booking any third party entertainment. (ANY BOUNCEY CASTLES or third party entertainment. (Such as DJs, Face painters, Glitter/Henna Tattoo, Etc.)*
*All Third Party entertainment MUST be insured with The City of Winnipeg.

The deposit will be returned by mail within 10 to 15 business days after the event providing there is no damage or additional clean-up required.

Additional Information: – Any special set-up requests should be discussed when the rental is booked.

1) All rentals must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.  Method of payment accepted is cash or cheque only.

2) All set-ups and take-downs of tables/chairs are completed by Chalmers staff.

3) All bookings require a deposit in order to hold the requested date of rental
